Returns, Shortages, Etc.

We guarantee your satisfaction. If your order has a shortage please contact Musique Savante at 6285 Tracy Place, Mason, OH 45040, (513) 459-0912, with your claim within 10 days of receiving your merchandise. If the merchandise was packaged in error, we will gladly replace any missing pieces.
