All orders are through PayPal.

Returns, Shortages, Etc.

  • If you have a shortage all claims must be reported to Musique Savante within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • You will receive credit after all items have been inspected and returned to inventory. 
  • Any items that have been worn or stained in any way will not be accepted for return. 
  • No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a Return Authorization Number.
  • When requesting a Return Authorization Number please have the following information ready:  your telephone number, invoice number and date, and the stock numbers of missing or defective merchandise. 
  • Any packages returned without a MS Return Authorization Number will be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • Prompt return is important!
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
